Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Notice: We request advance notice if you need to cancel. While we understand emergencies occur, notifying us helps us accommodate other patients.

- Adjustment Appointments: Available from 7:00 am to 4:45 pm Monday – Thursday and 7 am -4:45 pm on limited Fridays.
- New Patient Appointments: Scheduled 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Office Locations: Appointments are available in Bettendorf, Geneseo, and Rock Island. Please call any of our office numbers to schedule appointments. Our text message reminders will remind you the time and location of your upcoming appointments.

Most orthodontic issues can be managed at home. If you encounter a problem you can’t fix, contact us immediately. After hours, our answering machine provides a contact number for emergency assistance.
