This team is above and beyond. Dr. Richards is the best at least in the QCA. Her facilities have staff always smiling, latest technology, easy to get repairs done. I am considered in the extreme side of having a narrow and tall palate and required extra attention to a pallet expander, without the blink of an eye, she was on it, confidently. I travel sporadically for work and having the mobile app to take progression photos, I never imagined how seamless this could be compared to traditional care and visits for braces. I went to three other Ortho in the area before I began my work, and let me tell you, there’s a huge stretch in quality and genuine care between Dr. Richards and others. i couldn’t have been happier to have landed her and her team. My children will be going here and my only regret would be that I wish I had found them sooner.
