We had a great experience at the orthodontist. Ms. Sandy was very kind, patient, and made my son feel comfortable throughout the visit. She explained everything clearly and took her time with us. Really appreciate the care and professionalism!

Quad City Orthodontics really helped us when we were in Rock Island from out of town and our son had a wire come loose. They saw him that day and took care of it. They even gave him a coupon for ice cream! Everyone there was wonderful and helpful. Thanks so much again!

I never thought I would be this excited and happy about an orthodontist! We live in Monmouth, IL so it was a bit of a drive for us, but I would do it again 10x over. All of the staff, from the front desk to everyone in the back and the sister location in Bettendorf, were absolutely amazing & so friendly! They worked with me on a payment plan that worked for me. They were very understanding when I had a setback and got me all the information I needed and were fully transparent. Not only that, but my son’s teeth came out TERRIFIC! He said they were very gentle, told him step by step how things were going and went over every plan for what was coming next. He swears he got a set of new teeth. Lol! We couldn’t be happier and they gave my baby boy even more confidence with a beautiful smile to back it up! 10 out of 10 recommend!

We had the absolute best experience all around. Every team member and Dr. P were incredible. We are so happy with the services and the personalized care plan our daughter had. I would recommend this office and Dr. P to everyone! So informative, accommodating, and just kind. Communication was excellent and you can tell their number one priority is patient comfort. Such a good experience.

Kelsey and Dr. Richard's were absolutely amazing. I'm in the process of gettinf braces and am self conscious about my smile. They were both so encouraging and answered any and all questions. So excited to start my smile journey with them!
